  • Address data: full delivery address, including ZIP code, number, complement, and reference points;
  • Payment data: credit/debit card information, data for PIX (processed by payment partners);
  • Communication data: messages sent through the app or support channels.

3.2. Data collected automatically:

  • Location data: the geographic location of your device to connect you to nearby sellers;
  • Device data: device model, operating system, unique identifiers;
  • Usage data: order history, products viewed, interactions with the app;
  • Log data: IP address, date and time of access, pages visited.

3.3. Seller data (additional):

  • Bank details for receiving payments;
  • Proof of residence;
  • Identification documents;
  • Information about the products sold.

4. Purposes of Processing

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

4.1. Performance of the contract and provision of the services:

  • Create and manage your account;
  • Process your orders and payments;
  • Connect Buyers and Sellers;
  • Provide location for deliveries;
  • Send notifications about order status;
  • Process payments to Sellers.

4.2. Legitimate interest:

  • Develop new products and features;
  • Prevent fraud and ensure the security of the platform;
  • Carry out statistical and usage analyses.

5.1. Sellers: we share your name, delivery address, and phone with the Seller responsible for your order, strictly for delivery purposes.

5.2. Payment processors: we share the data necessary to process financial transactions with partners such as card processors and PIX.

5.3. Service providers: we share data with companies that assist us in operations (hosting, data analysis, customer service), always under a confidentiality obligation.

5.4. Public authorities: when required by law, court order, or request from competent authorities.

5.5. Group companies: we may share data with companies controlled by, controlling, or affiliated with HomeMarket.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Storage and Security

6.1. Your data is stored on secure servers located in Brazil and/or in countries that offer an adequate level of data protection.

6.2. We adopt appropriate technical and administrative security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest;
  • Role-based access controls;
  • Continuous security monitoring;
  • Training of employees on data protection;

6.3. In the event of a security incident that may cause relevant risk or harm to data subjects, we will notify the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and the affected data subjects, as provided for in the LGPD.

7. Data Retention

We will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including:

  • Account data: while the account is active or as necessary to provide services;
  • Transaction data: for the legal retention period of fiscal documents (5 years);

Your data may be transferred to countries outside Brazil when necessary for the provision of the services (for example, hosting servers).
